Appointments are not set until confirmation is sent by text or email address. A reminder will be sent 24 hours before. $15 fee for same day cancellations.

Waiver is to be signed for all engine cleaning.

No refunds. Cash or charge only. No checks.

If detailer shows up for appointment and client is not present there is a 15 minute grace period until detailer leaves premises. Detailer will call client before leaving. Client will be charged $25 plus $10 reissue fee for online vouchers.
